The proper one. Everything in a Home Reset, plus detailed Airbnb-level cleaning, including underneath beds, behind accessible appliances and easily forgotten corners.
Best for: a thorough top-to-bottom refresh.
Umgidi, umcimbi, birthdays and family gatherings. We can tackle large cooking pots, dishes, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, rubbish, yards and general post-event cleanup.
Final pricing depends on the scale of the event and work required.

For a linen change, please have fresh linen ironed and ready. Linen + laundry covers washing and drying (and folding where applicable and a tumble dryer is available).

Northbound brings the general cleaning products and equipment needed for your service — from the vacuum to the bleach. If your home requires a specialist product or has delicate surfaces, let us know when booking.
A Home Reset is one Northie for up to three hours of everyday cleaning and tidying. A Deep Clean is more detailed and covers areas not normally tackled during routine upkeep.
Yes. We arrive with the general products and equipment needed for the clean, including a vacuum. Tell us beforehand about specialist surfaces or product requirements.
No. Access can be arranged beforehand if you're comfortable with your Northie cleaning while you're away.
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and other recurring arrangements can be discussed with us.
You can request them and we'll do our best to maintain consistency, subject to availability.
Please cancel or reschedule at least one hour before your scheduled service. Eligible cancelled bookings are credited as a Northbound voucher for use toward a future booking. Full voucher/payment terms will be confirmed when you book.
